 | Construction Report as of October 2010October 27, 2010, 7:19 am We are pleased to inform you that as of 15 October 2010, the overall project accomplishment for One Central Park (Tower 3) and Eastwood Park Hotel & Residential Suites (Tower 4) are 100% and 91.90% respectively. For Tower 4, remaining works reworks on swimming pool area, painting, installation of electrical, mechanical and plumbing fixtures, waterproofing, elevator works, testing of fire alarm systems, Wi-Fi and telephone system commissioning, and punchlisting works on interior finishes.
