We are pleased to inform you that as of 15 April 2010, the overall project accomplishment for One Central Park (Tower 3) and Eastwood Park Hotel & Residential Suites (Tower 4) are 92.47% and 83.86% respectively. For Tower 3, civil works and waterproofing works are complete. On-going works includes tile works, dry wall partitioning & ceiling works, installation of bedroom closets, kitchen cabinets, lavatory countertop and laminated flooring, plumbing and electrical works, glass & aluminum works, and painting while fire protection works is substantially complete. For Tower 4, installation of aluminum doors, windows and glass works is almost complete. Other works includes painting, installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures, doors & jambs, waterproofing, elevator works, installation of fire alarm systems, installation of kitchen equipments, vanity counter, curtains at guestroom floors, carpet flooring, stainless railings at pool deck, and interior finishing works on fitness center and sauna rooms.
