Contruction Report as of January 2010January 15, 2010, 5:33 am We are pleased to inform you that as of 15 January 2010, the overall project accomplishment for One Central Park (Tower 3) and Eastwood Park Hotel & Residential Suites (Tower 4) are 88.85% and 74.15% respectively. For Tower 3, civil works and waterproofing works are complete. On-going works includes tile works, dry wall partitioning & ceiling works, installation of bedroom closets, kitchen cabinets and lavatory countertop, plumbing and electrical works, glass & aluminum works, and painting while fire protection works is substantially complete. For Tower 4, current works include painting works, installation of electrical and plumbing fixtures, installation of aluminum doors and windows, interior finishing and waterproofing works, elevator works, installation of kitchen equipments and stainless railings at pool deck.
